Returns Policy

Due to all our Mr Monty & Me - The Label items being made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund, unless you have been sent the incorrect item or believe you have received a faulty item.

Once you have received your items please look over them and contact us immediately so we may help you with your concerns.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at info@mrmontyandme.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  We are not liable for the cost of return postage unless the error is made on our behalf. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will contact you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund back to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for items due to a change of mind, jewellery, sale items or gift cards.
