退款政策

Due to all our Mr Monty & Me - The Label items being made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund, unless you have been sent the incorrect item or believe you have received a faulty item.

Once you have received your items please look over them and contact us immediately so we can help you with your concerns.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mrmontyandme.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest purchasing tracked postage, and retainment of proof of shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for jewellery, sale items, gift cards or items due to a change of mind.
